Technium offers fully remote and flexible roles. There are a few gems of people who truly care spread out across the departments. C-Level is involved and offers a good amount of transparency to the entire company during quarterly meetings. Technium invests in your professional development. HR is to protect the company! Instead of enforcing processes to protect both employees AND the company, they allow leaders to hide behind the "At-Will employee" clause and if you challenge the wrong/right person (depending on how you look at it), you're gone with no explanation. Unfortunately, they don't fight for/with the employee! There's no consistency following processes with certain leaders, even when livelihoods are at stake. This/these leader(s) are driven by their emotional state and ego, going from 0-60 in 3 seconds, creating an environment of fear instead of respect. The same leader(s) provide no mentoring and sometimes you are expected to do tasks that were not communicated; And get punished in public calls, even when telling them you've never been trained on said task. You're encouraged to practice the company's values, but if you ask too many 'Why' and seek understanding/ challenge them , you get called privately and asked "are you okay?". You're also encouraged to be honest and bring up ideas/challenges, but again, these are held against you because some leaders take these like personal attacks. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how productive you are, despite being told by many that you exemplify excellence, if you upset someone in charge, you're no longer needed. However, if you are a 'yes sir/mam' and don't challenge leadership, you can literally get away with things that would get you fired in any other company.
