No career development trainings whats so ever unless of course customer asks. More focus is on short term project earnings rather than Employees development for future. Too much communication gap between consultants and management. Management lies to consultant on projects sometimes. Must work at least 40 per weeks , flexible timings not allowed. HR is there for just namesake. No reply. One has to be a genius negotiator to get a fair deal for him/herself.
