Pluspunten
Timely salary during lockdown period.
Minpunten
Teammates - Most of them were immature and used to get offended, groupism and lack of support to the new comers. Few of them will make sure u lose all your confidence before asking them a doubt next time. Team leaders will go dormant when u reach them for help. They only follow the orders from their seniors and implement those orders on the team members. You can't get help from them as they believe in not going against their seniors so as to secure their own jobs. Training - They only train you to check a 'to do list' for new employees. Further you'll get lots of doubts and difficulties in day to day work. Job security - Highly insecure. (They asked 2 of my teammates to leave in may 2020 lockdown days) Career growth - Stagnant if you're a good person. Will be promoted and praised for boot licking. The experience gained here doesn't count anywhere. Salary/Appraisal - They offer the lowest they can give in bargaining stage during the interview. For appraisal they conduct annual assessment in February based on parameters such as productivity, quality, interaction with team leads, etc. They underrate u on every parameters so that the appraisal would be less. Further, you'll have to wait for few more months to get the increment. Politics - They're made for this. Learning - Zero Work environment - Good ambience with presence of bad colleagues. Innovation - Nil Work-life balance - Major reason for my resignation. If you're a technical content writer in this company then you will have no life. The showcase of mismanagement from the project manager, project leader and team leaders will make you cry, irritated, dissatisfied, tired and frustrated. Sometimes you'll have to work for more than 12 hrs with unpaid overtime. If you retaliate against them on the issue of extended and unpaid working hours they will misbehave with you verbally and you may also be moved under PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) although your performance is good.
