The owners don't know how to run a business. They sell you on a culture but the owners don't live or care about the culture. The guy who runs delivery is a embarrassing. We all hated it when he would join meetings. He treats employees like he owns them and he believes he is a consultant despite never having been a consultant. The sales team can't sell anything so we all rotate between basically 2 major clients. Training is non existent they expect you to learn entire new languages and frameworks from plural sight. Anyone who cares about their career and not just collecting a paycheck and is there longer then about 9 months realizes that the fun of the drinking and the parties isn't enough. The business has terrible partners, no idea how to grow a business, no upward trajectory, no ability to grow and learn. It's a paycheck. And one you can keep for a long time with little effort other then dealing with stupidity .
