Pluspunten

There is guaranteed Overtime, and the layoff during over the winter is nice just as long as you can afford to collect UE for a month of two.

Minpunten

no respect for employees. No room for advancement, company always hires from outside, never promotes from within. Work most holidays, managers act like high school kids and create alot of drama.

Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

Minpunten

Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

Minpunten

So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.
