Minpunten

Only two sick days and one week of forced vacation during holidays. Micro management to its extreme and employees work like robots. There is minimum respect between colleagues and not much collaboration between the internal departments. Key positions are filled with family members who may, or may not have the proper education or qualifications for the job. They often belittle employees and disrespect them as there is no consequences to their actions.

Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

Minpunten

Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

Minpunten

So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.
