Great culture, I love this company. Everyone is very helpful, whether it is the managers or employees you work with. No micromanaging, they trust you to do your job and get your work done. A lot of different departments with a lot of room for growth. Everyone is very friendly so it is a comfortable atmosphere to be in.

Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

Minpunten

Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

Minpunten

So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.
