The people, The talent. The dedication. The commitment to progress and winning.

Minpunten

Its a competitive space. The margins are tough. We are always so close to making a big breakthrough to becoming a profitable growing company, but it requires a lot from everyone to get there. There isnt as much time and resource as I would like to explore ideas and give people freedom to innovate and create.

It’s a great company to work for! It truly does feel like 1 big family, even if half the country is in the UK.

Minpunten

Same cons as any growing startup or tech company. Lots of constant change, but it’s usually small frequent changes so it’s easy to catch up.
