Absolutely the most dishonest ownership I've ever worked with. He believes in management by intimidation. He'll argue over every nickel in commission all the while lying to your face about the margins. He'll sell product to customers you found behind your back and never tell you. Then claim he "forgot" about the deal. If you do manage to get a customer all the way through the process he'll tell you he didn't make any money on the job and can't pay you according to the written comp plan. The only reason this guy gets one star is that zero isn't an option. Eventually he's going to get popped for bid rigging. I look forward to reading about that in the newspapers. I'll laugh my behind off.
