Helmes introduced a lot of stressful changes such as business units which have made it a competition between managers on who can profit the most at the expense of employee retention and wellbeing.
If an client decides to bully the employees the managers will allow it as long as it doesnt hurt the bottom line.
If there were more clients the situation would be different, but unfortunately management has no contingency plan in place for when a client leaves. It seems they only care to make a quick buck and let the best employees go for the sake of short term profits.
Things will probably be better in a couple of years. But for now I cant recommend anybody join the company until they sort these internal problems out.
The benefits outside of remote work are ok, but nothing special compared to similar IT companies.
