Pluspunten
As a relatively small business, there's lots of opportunity to make a difference. With a relatively flat structure, the business is always looking for ideas from all members of staff on how to do things differently. I felt valued and really understood the direction the business was going in.
Flexible working, relaxed dress code, free parking were all things that made working there a positive experience.
The entertainment committee hosts a broad range of events from camping trips to quiz nights and even fish and chip shop lunch runs!!
Whilst Thirsk was a bit out of the way, its a great place to work. With the local market, shops and restaurants I felt very comfortable there.
Minpunten
The offices are pretty big, but need some decoration. I heard that they are going to be doing this soon. Lets see.
Staff training happens in pockets. It would be better to have a clear idea of the training available.
