You work with a lot of like minded people, They all want to accomplish their goals to the best of their abilities. There is a new office re-development coming soon, exciting to see how the TeleWare offices can become an office of the future. I see a nice element of respect for my skills and knowledge and I constantly want to learn new information, techniques and practices. The office is positioned in a great location. Thirsk is a very picturesque market town right off of the A19 which makes the commute easier by car. The company is constantly looking to improve itself, TeleWare does not have the 'settling' mindset of other companies that I have worked for in the past. Always looking for innovative ways to make the company better while never forgetting about their customers and improving their experience with TeleWare. The regular full company business updates are very informative and keeps everyone up to date with current company affairs and progress. The company has made a good decision in recruiting a well balanced range of young to older professionals and apprentices creating a good balance of fresh ideas and experience.
Minpunten
While everyone is committed to achieving their goals, some staff umm and ahh a little too long for my working ethics. I like to work at a faster pace producing more work. The office redevelopments couldn't come sooner, not the most inspirational setting to work in currently but the excitement of these new office developments will help that along.
