Poor pay, you’re just a number, mass lay offs happen often and in big numbers without warning or reason. good for short term work, but have a back up plan.

Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.
