I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding my experience. The training period provided was only three weeks, yet employees are expected to perform with zero mistakes immediately after. Given the complexity of the tasks, this creates unnecessary pressure and increases the risk of errors rather than preventing them.
Additionally, the work processes are often unclear and disorganized, which makes it difficult for staff to perform efficiently. There also appear to be recurring delays in salary payments, which can be stressful and affect employee morale.
In terms of workplace culture, benefits offered are not very competitive, and there seems to be noticeable favoritism toward certain senior executives. This impacts team motivation and creates a perception of unfairness within the organization.
