Change of management affects career advancement. Counter-intuitive office design for a contact centre. It is using a open office concept whereby no real partition. Thus, when you are speaking to your customers, you could also hear your colleague few tables away.

Nice environment, lots of benefits, free cofee, tea and fruit water, lots of reasons to celebrate and get to know your colleagues, very professional

Great company to work for. I am a remote agent. Hours are great, wonderful trainers, team leads. They will work with you. I enjoy working with the company.
