Pluspunten
Arrow kits are higly regarded in the medical community and already used in a majority of institutions. I left Arrow at the end of 2006, and at that time they had not been bought by Teleflex. At that point in time Arrow was far behind the competition in sales support services. They did not invest in training or additional educational opportunities for hospitals who were customers. COmpetition invests in this type of thing heavily and it was difficult to justify why I could not provide the same "perks". It is similar to other medical device comapnies in that the commission is great and they take care of their employees. The trainins at the beginning was based in Reading, PA at the time and very short (10 days total). I was satisfied with it, but it is shorter than most other company training environments.
