No leaves.long working hrs.No dress sense.6 days a week.All the 5 star ratings are given by only interns. These interns only come from an engg college that is located to narayanaguda.Instead of going college they come to do internship just to put it in their resumes and impress big companies.By doing intern they have many advantages.They increase knowledge, put it in their resumes ,salary for internship,can escape from major project,can escape college,and even they stay in office for 4 to 5 hrs a day thrice a week.These people are the ones who are not going to join teleparadigm.They just do internship,put it in their resumes,grab fat package and leave from teleparadigm.If you want to join as an intern it's good to join.Work for 3months grab a good job and leave it.If you want to join as a full time employee then I don't have any words to say.
