- Commission is only paid if you hit 100% or higher, so it is not paid per opportunity. Even if you get opportunities that Close you won't get paid because you haven't got 100% of your monthly target. - Super manual, no tools to help you import data or prospect, baring in mind we work in a digital age. - Data dependant, you do not have the ability to find your on own data, you get a total of 50-70 accounts that have NOT been checked, sent by the client or generated by Televerde and then are told to get opportunities. You then work the accounts and manage to get something from them just for them to turn around and take it off you because they are a current customer. - You explain the issues and try to have them understand your point of view and they turn around and say that it doesn't matter and that you still need to generate something. - You might be thinking that I am a underachiever and someone that Is just bad at my job, I achieved 100% of target on a number of occasions. - The overall company is struggling! They haven't met any goals globally and have started to down size, culture internally has a close resemblance to a sinking ship. Senior staff have started to leave. - No support - Bad management - Extremely poor onboarding - Zero accountability and it is always the lower workers fault and never the senior staff. - Zero career progression you have people that have been in the SDR and BDR role for 10 plus years. There response to this is, "when the company grows more opportunities will be available". The company hasn't grown on the past 2 years, so good luck.
