Full disclosure, this company did much to advance my career. I really enjoyed my time here and I left because another opportunity presented itself. Such an opportunity would not have been possible for if it weren't for my employment here at Telquest. There are around 50 employees (give or take) so a self started who takes initiative can have a significant impact on the company. The size of the company makes the work environment more personable and there are good people here. Since everyone knows each other you are judged on your merits as a worker. If you do exceptional work you will keep a job here.

Therefore, so as to not to sugar coat it, this is a mid-sized company so you will not have the robust bureaucracy of CORP, INC. If you are not someone who is committed to doing good work, you can find some excuse to fixate on and complain about. In all honesty, those who have the most to complain about will find themselves out of the job and whining about it on glassdoor. An example of what I am talking about, lets say that there is no training manual for a product list. The good employees will Google and read about it in their free time while the bad ones will complain. You come to mid-sized company, you have to take initiative. If you are not someone with this mindset, this company is not for you.

sales jobs are hard and not for every one specially during pandemic when most of the world was closed . The CEO made some fast and positive changes and i was able actually increase my income .I love selling . I am very lucky that i could do my job remote without travelling .

Minpunten

selling products can be difficult if it treated as just a job . To sell you need to have passion for selling . I need to be on top of my best game each and every day . No time to mess around or slack and if i do not pay attention to my organization i can lose lots of money .

It appears the company culture is quite toxic. The CEO is known for having a terrible temper, often screaming and cursing at employees (calling them all types of names except the child of God), creating a climate of fear, fights, & depression for the employees . HR is reportedly ineffective, as the person in charge is related to the CEO and listed under a different last name, raising questions about impartiality. They will also try to recruit you to join this weird religious cult. The work environment is further strained by favoritism, with certain employees tasked with gathering information and reporting back to management. Gossip and unproductivity are also prevalent, with some staff members (mainly the men, who act more like females) more focused on socializing than fulfilling their duties. Job security is tenuous, with employees frequently reassigned to different roles, sometimes due to random reasons such as perceived slowness. Most Longterm employees may still struggle with basic tasks, adding to the chaos. Don’t know how to train employees.
