Pluspunten

I worked there for almost 2 years, during which I learned more than I have at any other company in any position. The company atmosphere is great, and the owners truly take their employees happiness into consideration with everything they do. They use the newest technologies and are always innovating. If you work hard, it's recognized and appreciated.

Minpunten

Sometimes there can be a small breakdown in communication, but it is usually remedied very quickly.

Pluspunten

Honestly, everything. The company sows into their employees with company lunches and daily breakfast, along with company outings to instill that feeling of family. We're not just co-workers, we're friends and some are like a second family. The products are great and the bosses always have an open door to listen to their employees issues, whether personal or professional. I've never worked at a company that cares about their employees as much as TelTech Systems and I feel very privileged to work at a company like this.

Minpunten

The only con is that because the company is so giving, sometimes employees take advantage of that. TelTech Systems has gotten better at hiring people who work hard and appreciate the benefits, so this isn't as big of a con as it might have been in the past.

Pluspunten

There's a very laid back "dot com" feeling around Teltech. Video games in the conference room, free sodas, all employees are in their 20's

Minpunten

The co-founders are very young and inexperienced with all aspects of running a successful business. They continue to be fiscally irresponsibile, regardless of the fact that doing so hurts the lives of their current and past employeers. They have no idea how to retain the talent that got them to the place they are currently in. Though they would no doubt take full credit for it.
