      When I was hired as advertised starting salary 41,000$ to 65,000$ most employees make way less somewhere around 10,000$ to 15,000$ it's a lot favoritism only 3% makes 41k or better it's very unorganized also they promised to provide tools they didn't you but they supposed to reimburse you they don't people have left other jobs to come to Tempco Logistics because they promised you this great salary it's not true this the worse job ever they have high tunrover rate because of the lies about pay I warn you stay away

      They promote from within. Relatively new company and expanding rapidly so opportunities definitely exist for advancement.

      Minpunten

      How workers are treated, primarily the technicians, is a major "con". Follow DOT hours of service regulation steadfast, until peak season(sale season) hits, then these guys are working 16 or 17 hour days doing heavy lifting and manual labor while still expected to have flawless installations and amazing customer service. Injuries are treated as though the tech wronged management in some way and employees are shamed if reported.
