I have had my share of many toxic managers and to finally be in an environment that is healthy with amazing managers is a huge adjustment. An adjustment to voice my opinions and ideas knowing they will be heard, acknowledged, taken into consideration and then ,one step further, put into implementation. To now love waking up early to get to work. To be happy to be fully in office and then leave the office still happy, it is absolutely life-changing my friends! They see the growth that you have yet to see and help to make it happen.

As we continue to grow and gain great additions to our team, we will soon need a bigger office ;)

Company really places an emphasis on the candidate side of the business and making sure they feel that they are well-served. Both the CEO and Managing Director are especially personable. Overall, management is friendly and doesn't take themselves too seriously. But they do take the work seriously and results are important. A big desire towards scaling the business should mean lots of opportunity going forward.

Everything marketing-oriented is somewhat "dated" right now. But the company is making key investments in this and so I am excited to see how this evolves in the next 12 months. A fairly good focus on work/life balance today. Looking forward to continued progression in the future.
