After promising anything and everything he could. Rich Mackie did not deliver on a single thing. He hadn’t paid me for months and I finally quit to support my family. He then shorted me by thousands. Do not trust a single thing this man says, he is lying to you. I put internship because he never finished my hiring paperwork after months.

Owner doesn’t know hvac. Unorganized Says one thing but means another 50% of customers seem like his friends or family..really hard to do work for them
