Private Equity Disaster - werkgeversreview Manager bij Tempest Telecom Solutions

This was a great company to work for before 2022. Company was acquired by Pfingsten a private equity company. The PE has since takeover made multiple grave mistakes in operating the company which has led to almost total collapse of moral. The PE has laid off most of the support staff leaving the sales and operation paralyzed and unable to execute. Second to that the CEO that was hired does not know the basics of the business leading to many mistakes and opportunity losses. (Joe Hart)
