They will manipulate the slightest communication issue as something worth firing you over. If you end up terminated, they will fight you in court to take your unemployment away. If you end up laid off, they will also fight you to take your unemployment away. They are constantly cutting positions because they are broke, so don't get too comfortable. Leadership changes a lot because people come onboard to pad their resume and take off in a year or three and leave the team hanging.
