8yFast Career Progression and promotion process is clear, we have 8 levels which you progress. It is slower for some of course but you are supported on that journey.
Training is everywhere at Ten10 but it needs to be relevant and you need to work with your career coach to plan it. With the 2 year programme it is the same however we have just recently put in a more structure.
There are no fees, just a term in a contract which if you leave before 2 years we have a fee to pay which reduces over the term after we've invested a huge amount of effort in the individuals.
Communication was below our own high standards in early 2017 and this has improved hugely.
