The team has a great vibe and people in general are very friendly, humble, eager to help and fun to work with. Local management team is putting more effort towards diversity and inclusion by bringing in more local candidates. Lots of opportunities in Europe as oversea business is expanding.

Minpunten

Sometimes can be overwhelming and frustrating as no stand procedure is in place and lost of case by case scenario. Practices in HQ is not relevant in Europe. Lots of ambiguity to navigate.
