The majority of folks who work here are great to work with and incredibly intelligent. There is also great work life balance because there is currently no direction for enterprise sales reps.
Minpunten
The CEO is a loose canon. He consistently sends out nonsensical emails to the entire company. In one email he referenced Benjamin Franklin and confused the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. He recently sent out an email advising on how to dress for appropriate pictures in signature lines. He instructed everyone on how to present themselves and yet he is not a role model for personal appearance. At our last SKO he ran on a treadmill in a wool sweater, dress pants and shoes and then didn't change his outfit (dripping in sweat) before coming to talk to all of us at dinner. We have killed millions of dollars in pipeline and he has never once addressed the team. The product does not yet do what it is supposed to and we cannot deliver the value we spent months taking to the field to build pipeline. His main concern is the reviews that are on Glassdoor and he encourages all employees to post positive reviews. The fact is there is nothing positive to post.
