Good PE exposure but unstable as cash management issues persist - werkgeversreview Finance Manager bij Tenneco

I joined expecting a finance environment, but much of the role became focused on managing severe liquidity constraints and extending supplier payments due to ongoing cash flow challenges. The company is highly leveraged and heavily dependent on revolver capacity to fund operations. WHOEVER LEADS CASH NEEDS TO GO!!! They are clueless when it comes managing cash.
