You'll have the chance to work in a really international company. You'll be extremely independent and will have the opportunity to do valuable work.

Minpunten

In many areas, the organization is really poor and the management is not always up to the role. Too few people for such a large organization (and consequently, too many projects on few people, no real backups, long working hours).

The best part of Tenova was my fellow coworkers. Everyone was very welcoming and willing to help.

Some challenges are that if you need help, you have to search it out yourself and not rely on others to come to you. Once this was learned, it was a great place to work.
