But I think this only apply for consulting and sales (so you need to work through your vacation) 6- Management does not respect much their employees. But again i think this depend on the team you are working with, 7- employees are second class 8- They mention about transforming teradata. But they are still behind. They just got to embrace cloud! Today cloud is not anymore the hottest technology. Today the focus is serverless architecture, containers etc. Teradata has not even been thinking about it. This is why their "transformational" journey will fail. They are so much behind
