Most of the people are nice, overall a positive atmosphere. Complex systems that provide an opportunity for learning constantly new things.
Minpunten
Micromanagement, information hoarding by a few, resulting in poor quality, mindless waste of resources and dissatisfaction with work. Old teams leads and systems engineers have done things the same way for the past 10 y., at least, and are afraid of being replaced by more relevant professionals. Upper management gives the impression of inadequacy, comes up with random changes every 4th month. All talk, no consistent action to back it up. No sufficient or consistent training is provided to most inexperienced hires, which affects the quality. For my time there, a lot of specialists quitted for the above reasons and judging by old reviews, this has been going on for over 10 years. A culture of favoritism and double standards, lack of constructive feedback. Diversity on the surface, but very poor inclusion.
