. Good per hour wage - £15.45 . Lots of overtime . As a driver, you're left alone to do your route . Friendly drivers and employees . Canteen available most of the day . Small discounted staff shop on site

. Really bad management . Quick rotation of staff - you're just a number here . Bad routes for drivers . Favouritism my management . Too many 'rules' - that only apply when it suits the management . Lack of care for staff . Not enough staff parking . Rude shift leaders - 2 of them particulary
