- Biggest issue by far is the HR department, unfortunately some of the HR & recruitment "specialists" are notorious for being bad at communication with existing and potential employees;
- Toxic environment has been cultivated within HR/recruitment/sales, they love gossiping about employees, disregarding their feedback and sometimes being straight up annoyed that employees dare to reach out to them about workplace-related issues (so in turn people start to feel like they can't speak up about these things and we end up with public reviews like these);
- Current salary increase system, which is goal-based, is probably not the best way to assess employee's performance and a lot of people are frustrated with that, BUT it's great to see that the company is reacting to this feedback and planning to change this system or implement a new one;
- Party culture (tied together with team events) here is.. interesting. On one hand, there are lots of lively events where you can connect with your colleagues and just have fun, on the other hand, those events are always focused just on getting plastered, to the point where some of the recent bigger events had either very poor food choices or none at all, but alcohol - without limits! Yay..? Would much rather prefer a drink-limit per person (e.g. give everyone vouchers for 3-4 drinks) and have a higher quality event with more activities than just getting drunk and with actual food and snacks;
- To add on the "party culture", even though company seems to be going through tougher times right now financially, there's no frugality when it comes to HR and co going on fancy works trips, partying away like there's no tomorrow on company's resources, staying in lavish guest houses, etc.
