* Apathy towards the concerns brought up by employees * Some people got released on the same day who were made to sit on the bench for 3 months. Some people got fired because they were bold with clients. Some people got reprimanded because they put up “open for work” on job sites and were looking for switch. This is the culture that they have for 100-odd employees, imagine the blunder in the handling of a couple of thousand employees * Town Halls at times feel like classrooms where a teacher comes and scolds you for bad reviews on Glassdoor. It is usually taken by higher management and it is not as crisp as you want these meetings to be. Along with that, there is lots of whining and nagging about small things which HRs can take care of separately * The culture in TestVagrant misses big time on even small things; forgets about big ones. For example no Diwali Bonus/Gift, no festival celebration at offices in Pune or Noida, and not even one visit from CXOs to either locations * HR policies will change as they wish and anytime they wish. For example, the change in leave policy is supposed to come before the January of any year. They changed it in March and created lots of problems for employees * 2 years of bond for freshers makes people speechless * Packages that they consider best in the market are in reality pretty average * At times, employees are bothered by HR to repeatedly provide reviews on sites and social media * Most of the colleagues that I had the pleasure to work with are excellent but clients are really demanding, some have strict 9 hours * Most of the good reviews are from freshers who are enjoying the great learning that TestVagrant offers to freshers (and there are also paid courses off course). But as you get into some bad projects reality comes into the picture. And there are possibilities you might get into manual testing only * There was a lot of fuss about ESOP being shared with employees, they simply reverted that policy, and not even the eligible employees have got them yet * TestVagrant used to be great when there were people below 50, now it is simply NOT "The BEST PLACE TO WORK". It is not what it used to be "The Best" * If the top talent migrates out of the company in upcoming months it should not come as a surprise, because all the improvements to mitigate that were already shared by almost all ex-employees and current employees
