If you are someone who genuinely wants to work hard, learn continuously, and grow both personally and professionally, I would absolutely recommend joining this company. The culture is top-notch, and the opportunities to learn are immense. But at the same time, this environment is best suited for people who come with the mindset to build, improve, and push themselves every day. If that mindset is missing, it may not be the right fit. 1. Hire and fire strategy 2. Huge attrition, people leave withing 3-4 months from joining. One day you join and open slack to see teammates deactivated. People are ashamed of adding the company testsigma on linkedin. Most people who leave the company never add the Company in linkedin profile (If by mistake or bad time you join the company, you will realise at least 10-15 such people are there from engineering only) 3. There are no managers in the company (Laid off good managers and now sometimes founders will randomly manage teams), who want features to be released in next weekend. 4. Poor and Sub par product. Badly built product. AI Team sucks. Some people take courses online and built the AI product which almost never works. SUGGESTION: Before joining, ask them credentials for a test account on prod and then visit the application . Then make a decision for yourself Also workplace is a dungeon.
