The people here are incredibly talented, approachable, and always willing to help each other grow. If you are someone who genuinely wants to work hard, learn continuously, and grow both personally and professionally, I would absolutely recommend joining this company. The culture is top-notch, and the opportunities to learn are immense. This is a place where your efforts will be recognized if you are willing to give your 100%, stay focused, take ownership, and contribute towards the company’s growth while growing yourself alongside it. But at the same time, this environment is best suited for people who come with the mindset to build, improve, and push themselves every day. If that mindset is missing, it may not be the right fit. Grateful for the experience, the people, and the lessons learned throughout the journey.

No pros as of know. Maybe the mediocre lunch that they serve

No Engineering depth in the product or the engineering team. Just some random hobos thinking they are AI engineer after doing 2 cent free online course. Its a race to the bottom, Just copy feature from what competitiors are doing. No Actual engineering. Engineerign leadership is non existent. Only founders who are weak engineers. Some hints of groupism. No vision in the product, just see what others are building and try to copy it and fail abysmally at it too. ************* If you are joining the company, Ask for access to their repository or try to do a deepdive of the products, you will understand the shortcomings there.
