1) Too much focus on bottom line 2) Employees are not valued at all. When the let you go you get little time to clear out your desk and the best they give you is 6 weeks pay not matter how long 15-20-30 years you have worked for them. 3) Only focus on top line growth is thru buying companies- no idea how to grow the top line- also corporate office has no idea on what the business unit really do and how they work 4) Not organized correctly-- too many silos and too bad mouthing other units-
