Leadership & workplace philosophy are not consistent from one location to another. You can go to one location where people can telecommute, set their own hours, or where people move around all day to talk with coworkers about projects, and at the next location, everyone is expected to be at their workstations in their seats from 8-5. Management is not consistent on how they treat and review their employees. Communication between groups could be better. Some groups compete against each other for the same work instead of sharing the work.
