Minpunten
No enouragement and many obstacles to transferring to a different division, even when openings exist. When a division experiences a downturn in workload, management does not assist employees in uniform sharing of work between offices to keep everyone busy, becomes an every-man-to-himself environment. Management will give no hints whatsoever prior to layoffs, and like all companies, will terminate senior, non-management staff first, regardless of value added.
