Tetra Tech recently updated their time off policy. They’ve given people the option to essentially take unpaid leave to add to their allowed time off but are calling it a “benefit” with a cute name “My Flex Time”. This is to supplement their atrocious time off policy. Peak corporate exploitation and capitalist greed.

23 days TOTAL paid time off per year. This means 7 mandatory federal holidays, sick time, vacation time, and any other time off are all subtracted from this. This was not clearly communicated in the interview or employee handbook.
