      Good people to work with. Good opportunities for entry level folks.

      Minpunten

      Company is set on in-office work, but offers poor office locations. Most IT teams are shorthanded. Poor ratio of individual contributors to management. There are too few IC's and a lot of directors/managers.

      Pluspunten

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Minpunten

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
