Pluspunten
- good work life balance - competitive salary
Minpunten
- one of the support team lead is biased and promotion is given to those that are his favourite - No proper promotion process, no clear criteria that leads to a promotion - promoted individual lacks quality consistency - Most people in support was hired as associates first but the job title advertised in linkedin is not for an associate position. Some are hired as non-associates from the get go for no good reason - Seniors and associate does the same work and there is no clear separation of responsibility, everyone is responsible for the same thing which leads to seniors not being accountable when things go wrong - There will always be a mindset that someone else will take up a certain tasks because of this since everyone is responsible for it - There are people that work on several products and still they are not being promoted whereas people that does only 1 product gets promoted very quickly although we are all encourage to help out on several products - Too much justification needs to be given to be promoted from an associate to a standard support engineer. Increment doesn't increase much with the promotion either - Some people in the team is so disconnected with the rest of the team yet they get promoted and this is not an encouraging culture to have - Constantly being reminded by internal recruiter and team lead that we are overpaid when increment is being brought up which makes the team feeling demotivated
