Shifts can sometimes be short, which may feel limiting if you’re seeking longer hours. However, this can also be a pro for those with other commitments such as study, family, or personal projects, as it provides flexibility and balance.

I’ve only been here for a few weeks, but everyone has been so helpful, sometimes your days don’t go to plan but either your case manager or the roster team are there to help you strait away, my fill in case manager now has been such a great help, if I have any concerns she’s always there to support me, and make sure my concerns are heard.

Only thing I would say is the travel sometimes you have to go to once place then travel 30mins to another place and then go back to where you started so its a little bit of a run around.
