Great resources and equipment, unbelievable access to things many college labs dont have. They have a great philosophy on teaching. Pretty supportive of staff.

Minpunten

This is a very busy, it’s an amazing program and there high demand for their experiences. This means you can be busy.

You are always able to work with the people who run the place to work out any issues that ever arise. Questions are always answered promptly and conflicts are few and far between. Additionally, there is a lot of flexibility in what you do - if you can think of something that management approves of (which is honestly quite a lot), then they will provide you with resources to do it and enable you to pursue it wholeheartedly.

The pay isn't anything out of this world, but that's to be expected for a part time position.
