Pluspunten

Comfortable work conditions. Clearwire client has large customer base and some are actually satisfied with the service

Minpunten

They are time-nazis. Bathroom breaks are timed and they like to make a rule for everything. During downtimes, no checking email, reading news, or texting. If you want to bring a blanket, it can't be larger than 36" X 24". Supervisors are useless if you have an actual problem to solve.

Pluspunten

The work is straightforward and you get trained properly on how to do your job when you first start out, and the team supervisors do coach you to keep improvement happening. PTO plan is amazing! With the client I'm working with, I feel fulfilled at the end of my day with being able to help the customers out.

Minpunten

Since the pandemic hit in 2020, there hasn't been a lot of company engagement with everyone like it was back in a brick-and-mortar setting. That is improving though!
