Not enough staff at any given time except maybe the weekends. It used to be employee first based. Now, forget it. The writing is on the wall. It's all about the profits. Technology is antiquated. Employee suggestions are no longer welcome.

Decent pay for the most part

Minpunten

No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
