-Very difficult to become a full-time employee -Very hard to advance within the company. -Standard retail downfalls, holidays, odd schedules, etc..

Decent pay for the most part

No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
