TCS used to be a fun place to work. The culture has changed since Kip and Sharon left. No merit raises again for the 3rd or 4th time within 10 years. ELT primary focus is cost savings and not the employees concerns or work life balance. It’s hideous to have your employees work for little or nothing and expect them to be happy. If you don’t drink their Kool-Aid or kiss senior leadership butts you’re looked at as a non-favorable employee. Forget about speaking to HR about any issues. They’re going to side with the managers or directors. They MAKE us fill out the Pulse surveys in which they say are anonymous but we all know it’s a bunch of BS. If you’re going to make us fill out the surveys at least put some effort into making the company better. Met some really cool people there but that’s it’s. No other pros to this place.

Everything is bad. No merit raises. Managers and directors are scared to get their hands dirty. They expect the specialists and coordinators to take on the workload. Benefits are astronomically high. HR is a joke.
