• I created so many close bonds within my merchandise processing team over the span of a couple years, I loved how physical it was and how everyday was a new challenge • I got to experiment in various different areas of operations and sales (except for custom spaces, yuck)
Minpunten
• No raise this year which prompted me to swiftly make my exit (especially after hearing the layoff news from other stores) • Management were either micro-managing or not managing at all • Pay was/is abysmal • Whenever the higher ups would visit, they would only greet those with seniority • Technology was terrible, especially SIMS which is the most terrible inventory management tool in the world, made performing cycle counts a living nightmare • got to meet a new version of a Karen every day on the sales floor • turnover rate is high high high we were never able to keep new hires for long • the higher ups are so out of touch it’s embarrassing I can’t believe keeping up with satish is an actual real life thing
